This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website https://ultimate-planner.app/ and our mobile and web applications (together, the “Service”).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device & technical data: Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, language, and similar technical data.

1.3 Device Permissions (Mobile App)
With your permission, the mobile app may access:

- Photo library: To let you add images to planner pages. We do not sell photo library data.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including authentication, sync, and subscription access).
- Operate your account, handle billing, and deliver customer support.
- Analyze usage to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Measure marketing effectiveness and attribute installs or subscriptions to campaigns (including aggregated and privacy-preserving methods on iOS).
- Monitor crashes, errors, and app stability.
- Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics, Subscriptions & Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. These include:
- Supabase — authentication and backend infrastructure.
- PowerSync — data synchronization.
- RevenueCat — subscription management, purchase validation, and subscriber attributes (such as email and marketing attribution fields).
- Google Firebase / Google Analytics — product analytics, app performance, and conversion measurement (including SKAdNetwork-related analytics on iOS).
- Singular — marketing links, deeplinks, and install/campaign attribution.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK — app event measurement for advertising optimization, including aggregated event measurement on iOS where applicable.
- Sentry — crash reporting, error monitoring, and (for a subset of sessions) session replay to diagnose issues.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for in-app subscriptions.
Advertising & measurement: We may share limited device, usage, and purchase-related information with analytics and advertising partners to measure installs, app usage, and subscription conversions, and to improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information. On iOS, we do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to access your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA); measurement relies on aggregated and privacy-preserving technologies such as SKAdNetwork and platform-provided aggregated measurement where available.
Each provider’s use of information is also governed by its own privacy policy. You can review their policies on their respective websites.

- Storage: Data may be stored in the United States and/or other locations where our providers operate.
- Retention: We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
