Welcome to Ultimate Planner App, a product of Evopaper LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ultimate Planner App (“App”) and any related website, services, or content provided by us. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by Evopaper LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions

The Ultimate Planner App offers access to premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. The available plans are:

• All in One Access (1 Month) – $4.99 per month
• All in One Access (1 Year) – $39.99 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as your initial subscription unless you change or cancel it.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The subscription grants access to premium planner templates, customization tools, and updates during the active subscription period.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evopaper LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
