1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by Evopaper LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us the rights needed to host, sync, and display it through the Service.

4. Subscriptions

The Ultimate Planner App offers access to premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Available plans may include:

• All in One Access (1 Month) — billed monthly
• All in One Access (1 Year) — billed annually

Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region or platform. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price unless you cancel or change your plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings:

• iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies; contact the respective store for refund requests.

An active subscription grants access to premium planner templates, customization tools, and related premium features during the subscription period.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://ultimate-planner.app/privacy/ to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including analytics and third-party services used in the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evopaper LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
